Stage 0 - Initial Consultation
To get your project off to a good start, we offer a free no obligation, initial telephone consultation. This is to gain a better understanding of your requirements and how best we could help you. At this stage, we ask key qualifying questions to see if we are a good fit.
Once we have established we are a good fit, we aim to discuss your needs and objectives further and gain an insight of the site. You will get an idea of costing as well as an idea of timescale.

Stage 1 – Bespoke Package
Once we have understood your needs and objectives, we provide a bespoke package which will include a cost breakdown of what we will provide and the timescale in which we can provide this. Our bespoke packages designed to offer you flexibility.
We will prepare a Desktop Study of the site to include planning history, site constraints and the project brief. We aim to provide you with clarity on the potential of your project, the type of permission needed and the steps to move forward.
Stage 2. Concept design
In order to gain an in depth understanding of the site’s challenges and opportunities, we will book a site visit to take essential measurements and information about the site. Once this is completed, we will provide an initial design proposal that meets the project objectives. The design layout and form will be one that has been carefully considered and reflects our initial discussion.
Stage 3. Spatial & Planning Coordination
Throughout the process, you will receive updates on key milestones of the project. One of these key milestones is the preparation of the planning documents (depending on the scope of the project). Once we have your satisfaction of the final design and you are happy for us to proceed on to the next step, we will submit the finalised designs for the council to review.
